Despite collaborating with several agencies and making repeated attempts to renew our certification, we have come to the conclusion that the certification process is no longer viable for us. According to our partners and service providers, there have been repeated restructurings, frequent personnel changes, and ongoing delays within the relevant Indian authorities. In addition, unexpected and sometimes contradictory additional requirements were imposed which, in our view, were outside the scope of the usual procedure.
Our discussions with partners and international accredited testing bodies also confirmed the exceptionally difficult situation.
We learned that other international manufacturers are also currently facing significant regulatory hurdles in India as well.
In light of all these experiences, we have decided not to continue with PESO certification. We would like to thank all our partners for their support over the past few years and remain committed to stable, transparent, and reliable certification processes worldwide.
